Missing Items
UK:
If your order has not been delivered within the due date +10 working days then please contact me through the contact page on my site

International:
If you have any concerns that your order has become missing, please do contact me through the contact page on my site

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge.

Jewellery Returns & Faulty Items
I do not accept returns for jewellery pieces for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

If an order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact me with a clear photo of the issue so that I can appropriately address it for you.

If I am not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I will be unable to take responsibility for any damage, unless it is a clear production error.

Wrong or Incomplete Delivery Address
You must contact me immediately if you believe you have entered the wrong address or it is incomplete, before your order has been dispatched. I will not be able to refund your order if it gets lost.

Hopefully the item will be returned to me, and then I will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.

Jewellery Care
• Remove your jewellery carefully from the backing card & store in a safe place (e.g. a jewellery box) out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration, scratches or damage
• Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure to your pieces
• Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, water/sweat and extreme heat
• Cleaning: if needed, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth / use cotton wool with acetone for stains / use a microfibre polishing cloth on metal findings - please do not use any other chemicals on your pieces

Each piece of jewellery is handmade meaning that the design may vary slightly and each may have small imperfections - this ensures that every single piece is completely unique to you!
